This is an electric guitar project for aluminum body guitars that I just completed for a Canadian company. I supplied all drawings as well as CNC tool path and fixture designs.

Ed Spracher of Kenai came up with this idea for an aircraft engine modification. I built the prototype and after testing and modifications drew up the project for him. He was subsequently granted a patent and the carburetor venturi is going into production now.

This is a hydraulically activated release coupling for oil well drilling with coiled tubing. I received a 'gold medal' award from the Alaska Inventor's Association.

Ray Choat of Nikiski came to me with this design which we refined into a 4 foot by eight foot computer controlled routing machine. Here it is working on an 8 foot by 2 foot by one foot log. Hopefully soon we will have some guitars carved from this machine

This is an example of work done on the router. Design was done on our OneCNC workstation.

I designed and built this chain reduction drive to adapt a Subaru car engine for use in an airboat. It uses high velocity timing chain with forced oil lubrication. The case is common with the engine crankcase. Still running fine after 8 years.

I designed and built a number of black powder cannons. This one was for Ray Garcia of Kenai. (2-5/32" bore)

I served my apprenticeship building things like this rocket nose cone. I did all the machining for this one including metal-spinning the outer skin, splitting it and building all the instruments inside. This one was launched from Poker Flats, Alaska in the '70's. I ain't no rocket scientist but I have built them.
